Killing It!!

Here is a time-lapse compilation of my client Dawn rocking out her sit-ups. Over the last 8 years, it has been a pleasure to have been a part of helping her break barriers and taking her to new fitness levels. Her growth and continued consistency of showing up and pushing through has been so rewarding. As a personal trainer, the relationships I create with my clients and the commitment they show me continues to drive my passion towards helping them reach their goals and beyond.

When you think of general exercise, sit ups are definitely one of the top exercises that come to mind. They are a simple, effective and traditional core exercise. The larger range of motion achieved helps targets more muscles in comparison to crunches or isometric core exercises. Strengthening the muscles including rectus/transverse abdominis, obliques, hip flexors, lower back, glutes, chest, and neck are all part of promoting good posture!
