How To Increase Your Bone Density

Great News!!

My client Chrystine who was referred by my client Linda sent us wonderful news through text. Her physician shared the results of a recent test that her spinal bone density increased by 15.8%.

A worthy investment for overall higher quality of life.

Chrystine started working with me after her physician advised her to begin resistance training as part of the treatment of osteoporosis. She has been training with me twice a week for 30 minutes for the last eleven months. All totaled, Chrystine strength trained for about 48 hours in the past year with minimal equipment and all from home via virtual sessions.

I have taken her through a personalized fitness routine that has not only improved her bone density, it has also improved her energy and strength levels, and increased muscle definition.
