The Importance Of Burning Calories While Exercising

Awesome!!

My clients Kate, Kim, Manny, and Dawn sharing photos of calories burned and their average heart rate after our session.

Burning calories through physical activity is a crucial part of achieving your fitness goals!

During any kind of activity, your body uses energy (calories). While exercising your body requires more energy, which it gets from burning fat.

Fat is released from the bloodstream traveling to the muscles giving them the proper energy they need to perform. Training the largest muscles such as legs, abs, chest and arms regularly, will have you benefit from this fat burning process the most.

With a mixture of cardio, strength training and HIIT not only does your body burn calories/fat during exercise, it also continues burning extra calories for up to 24 hours.

All of this is a great way to naturally boost your metabolism no matter your fitness level. I love seeing my clients share their calories/heart rate (HR) results after an awesome workout!

Having a personal trainer who creates accountability, who guides you through personalized fitness routines and most of all motivates you through it all is the best route to achieve your goals.
